Hi, I just got done creating this new fabric sculpture for my upcoming show. It measures 48" high, 24" nose to wall, 18" wide.
First I made a wire frame, then I stuffed it with fiberfill, next I covered it with batting. Now only do I cover the frame with batting but I use it to correct any areas on the scuplture that need more shaping. Then I cover it with fabric. I stitch this on in patches with embroidery thread. Then mane was some cool novelty fabric I found and glued on. The horn is a shiny pink material rapped around a wire frame. The Flowers are a leaf and Flower garland, and extra flowers glued on. The blood is felt with glitter glued on.

Sorry it is such a bad photograph.
